All building inspections and sustainability services are personally conducted by Rick Martelli, a specialist building consultant with over 29 years experience in the industry which includes:

• Previous employee of the Builders Registration Board and Building Commission of Western Australia providing technical services, inspections and compliance surveillance for the former Builders Registration Board and the Building Commission of Western Australia.
  
• Practising registered builder 11828 (practitioner and unrestricted contractor) with the  Building Commission of Western Australia, having personally built and supervised many homes in the Perth metropolitan area.
  
• Previous NatHERS Assessor.
  
• Regular attendee of the State Administrative Tribunal as an expert witness.
  
• Extensive trade background in a number of structural and finishing trades.
  
•  Founding member of the Building Inspectors Association of Western Australia.
  

Rick Martelli has developed a close working relationship with Victoria's Interiors by providing building expertise to assist in its clients project work requirements.
